This knowledge concerns a solid and necessary basis for Senior Payroll Administrators and HR employees.
In this part of the training, the following topics will be covered: agreements and characteristics of employment, social insurance obligation, new policy regarding BVZ exemptions and SVB policy Director BV/NV not entitled to ZV/OV.
You will learn in this training to assess whether there is an employment contract/employee or another form of cooperation agreement. In addition, you will also be explained per social premium to which group of employees this social insurance applies.
After this training you can recognize work relationships and you can judge for yourself which form of agreement is applicable. You are also aware of which social insurance policies apply to which group of employees and you can apply them directly in your salary administration based on this knowledge.
